Searching Criminal Records Online

Minnesota Court Records Online (MCRO) is the free tool for finding Aitkin County criminal court records. It is available 24 hours a day with no account required. Case documents from July 1, 2015 onward can be viewed and downloaded at no charge.

Getting Copies of Records

Aitkin County criminal court records are available to the public upon request. Since July 1, 2023, uncertified copies are free. Certified copies cost $14 per document. You can request copies through the Minnesota Courts copy request portal, in person at the courthouse in Aitkin, or by mail to Court Administration.
