Public access terminals at the courthouse provide on-site MCRO access at no cost. Walk-in service is available during regular hours. For most requests, MCRO and the online copy form work without needing to visit Minneapolis.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension maintains a statewide database of criminal convictions covering all Minnesota counties, including Hennepin County cases from Eden Prairie.
